Kredas Ltd were very accommodating, their inspection team used drone technology to produce aerial photography and videos to satisfy the council that my loft conversion had not exceeded regulations. I contacted Stace at Kredas Ltd following the recent storms that had damaged and dislodged roof tiles to one of my rental properties. My tenant had made me aware of a leak in the loft space becoming increasingly worse following the recent storms. Kredas Ltd used their drone to provide me with a detailed survey of the roof, they immediately located an area of two dislodged ridge tiles close to the chimney stack and displaced lead around the chimney stack. They provided a roofer they work with to carry out the repairs. Their turn-around was brilliant, from the initial complaint from the tenant to the repairs being carried out was 3 days. I highly recommend these guys and would not hesitate to use them again should a similar issue arise to any of my properties.
